Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Please see guidance below for shipping information and costs.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be sent via our chosen courier, FedEx, Royal Mail or UPN depending on the size and weight of your order.  This will be via a parcel or pallet delivery.  Click and collect is also available for collection at our shop in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Shipping Zones: We currently ship orders to the UK only, for shipping to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland please contact us for shipping rates. 

Processing Time: Orders will be shipped or ready for collection within 1-4 working days, you will receive email notifications to update you on the status of your order.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will normally be within 1-5 working days, pallet deliveries will vary based on agreed arrangements.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated on weight of the order as per the below (including VAT):

0 – 2 kg – £7.63

2> kg – 25 kg – £10.20

>25kg – 50kg – £20.40

>50kg – 75kg – £40.80

> 75Kg – Pallet rates based on postcode will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Once you have received your product if you decide that the item isn’t what you expected then you are able to exchange the item or receive a credit note for the original value.

We can only accept products for exchange or credit if the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of purchase or receipt.
  • The product is unused.
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging

If it should be necessary to return goods, a request should be made in writing within 14 days stating the order number, the quantity and description of the goods and the reason for the proposed return.

No shipment should be made until authorisation is received.

Items authorised for return need to be received within 30 days of purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are unable to refund postage for unwanted goods.

If, before purchase, you have any queries about the products, you can contact us directly to discuss the options and suitability prior to placing an order.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty, we offer a full refund, exchange or credit note.

In the case of damaged or faulty goods:

  • Contact us within 3 days to discuss the nature of the fault or damage and submit evidence.
  • On notification of the damage or fault our team will advise if the item is to be returned in full or part, what carrier options are appropriate and whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

If the item is required to be returned, please ensure items are accompanied with a written explanation of the reason for the return, and the position of the fault within 30 days of purchase.

Lost in Transit

Where goods supplied by us are lost in transit, we will replace them at our own expense provided we are notified in writing of non-delivery within 14 days of notification of despatch, and no attempted deliveries have been made.

Packaging Policy

We collect and re-use all packaging as much as possible.  Occasionally we purchase new packaging products to ensure that orders are dispatched and received in the best possible condition.  We ensure that any new packaging is environmentally friendly and sustainable, and can be recycled.  Packaging supplies are reviewed continuously, and we endeavour to recycle as much as possible.
