Scarva PF 700 Porcelain Stoneware

A superior white porcelain-like clay which is more reliable and easier to work with than porcelain. Not as translucent as porcelain unless in very thin cross-sections at high temperatures. However, it is just as white, has all the qualities of a good stoneware body and produces porcelain-like results at a lower cost. Formulated from the purest, highest quality white clays to give a porcelain-like appearance without the difficulties that working with porcelain can create.

Suitable for throwing, jigger and jolleying, press moulding and modelling.

Texture: Smooth 2
Colour: Very white.
Firing Range: 1180-1300°C
