Apply 1 coat ONLY. Consistent in firing range 1020-1060 degrees C. Recommended firing temperature 1050 degrees C with a 10-20 minute soak. To prevent formation of blisters, do your biscuit firing at 1000 degrees. Blisters can develop with certain clay bodies when applied on both sides or all around a piece. Cracking can be reinforced in time, even up to a week after firing. If crackles do not develop the glaze can be removed from the kiln at about 100 degrees and quenched with cold water. Use inks, acrylic paints or even strong tea to enhance the crackles. Glossy, tends to run strongly, suitable for raku.
