Underglaze colours in a wide variety of shades, suitable for brush and spray application. Dependable and versatile colours which can be fired from cone 05 through to cone 6. Some colours will remain true up to cone 10 temperatures. Dinnerware safe when glazed with an appropriate transparent glaze. The intensity of the colour will be increased when overglazed with a transparent glaze, whether glossy or matte. Unglazed they have the rich, textural appearance of velvet. Cactus is a cool light green underglaze that retains colour from cone 05 up to cone 6 with minimal darkening. Above cone 6 the colour becomes slightly bluer. Clear glaze brightens the colour. Cactus underglaze can be used with zinc or non-zinc glazes without colour shift.
