Corby Kilns Ltd will do all within our power to make sure you receive your goods in pristine condition.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your goods and you wish to return them, please telephone or email with details of the problem. We will do all that we can to assist. Any items that do not meet with your requirements in any way can then be returned, either for replacement or refund. Large items may need to be returned direct to the manufacturer.
Our shipping charges are based on total weight of your order, which we think is fairer than going by the monetary value of the order. Including VAT these charges are currently:
