Scarva Earthstone E/S 40 Handbuilding clay
Handbuilding material. A white stoneware/raku body with exceptional handling properties. An incredibly strong clay particularly suited to all hand building techniques, with the addition of specially selected and graded molochite, a material which is generally regarded as the highest quality material for adding texture and strength to clay. Highly resistant to warping and cracking, making it very suitable for large sculptural pieces, hand made tiles, ceramic murals, any project that requires large scale slab building or coiling. Low shrinkage rate, responds well to stoneware, raku and reduction firings.
