Nabertherm GF range of top loading fusing kilns.

Features infrared heating elements for short heat-up times and energy-saving operation. Infrared heating means that any direct contact with the elements is avoided, therefore the kiln can be opened even during operation without the need to switch off. Elements fitted in the lid. Housing made of high-grade stainless steel, lid made of perforated sheets (reduced rust formation during the drying of plaster moulds). Lid can be very easily opened and closed thanks to gas shock absorbers. Adjustable quick-release locks. Large handle for opening and closing. Inlet air opening with stone bungs for air supply, observing the firing and fast cooling down. Rugged base on castors, with tray area for glasses and tools.

C290 controller fitted as standard. Nine freely adjustable programmes, each with up to 12 segments. Clear LCD. Delay start facility. Adjustable holding temperature and dwell time. Detailed information menu with kw/hour meter, operating hours counter, heating display.
950 degrees C maximum temperature.
