Mayco SW-404 Black Mudcrack, 473 ml

Magma was developed to create a raised and cracked surface.  The thicker the application, the more textured the surface will be.  Can be applied to bisque or combined with other mid-range temperature glazes.  For results as in the photo apply to bisque.  The amount of texture and cracking is a direct result of how thickly the glaze is applied.  A thinner application will produce a smoother surface with finer cracks.  A thicker application will result in larger cracks and a more tactile surface.

At cone 10 the texture slightly flattens and the colour remains black
